What determines each allocation
Each pool rewards a different kind of contribution. XP never affects OTF launch rank.

Distributed in direct proportion to valid vote units cast. Follower count and the number of different OTFs supported do not change this allocation.

After the competition closes, the OTF team exports the frozen competition inputs, calculates the allocation, verifies that it totals exactly 10,000,000 XP, and publishes the result. The launch app does not calculate provisional or final XP balances.
